How to download your TD Canada Trust statement as a PDF
In EasyWeb, open the profile icon drop-down at the top of the page and choose "Statements and Documents". Pick the account under "Get statements & documents by account", filter by year and open the statement, which downloads as a PDF.
Can TD Canada Trust export Excel or CSV directly?
TD's help answers say EasyWeb's "Download Transactions" screen opens from the down arrow next to the Personal/Business toggle on the My Accounts page, and exports to Intuit Quicken, Intuit QuickBooks, Spreadsheet (CSV) or Simply Accounting at no extra charge. Each download covers activity since your last download, up to the last 45 days. An account's activity page shows up to 18 months of history through "Search by Month (up to 18 months)", and has a "Download" menu at the bottom with "Spreadsheet (.CSV)". For credit cards, the activity view covers the current cycle and the past six statements. For older months, use the PDF statements.
Tips for converting TD Canada Trust statements
TD Canada Trust keeps up to 7 years of statements online, counted from when you switched to online statements, so earlier paper statements won't appear. Authorized users on a personal TD credit card can't view that card's statements online, so the primary cardholder needs to download them.
What you get
- Excel with real dates and numbers you can sort, filter and total, plus a summary sheet.
- QuickBooks: a .qbo Web Connect file or the 3-column CSV for bank uploads. See PDF to QBO.
- Xero CSV, OFX/QFX for Quicken and other tools, or plain CSV.
- A reconciliation check: opening balance + money in − money out = closing balance.
