What counts as a page?
One page of your PDF. A 6-page statement uses 6 pages, whatever the number of transactions on it.
Do unused pages roll over?
Monthly plan pages reset every month. Page pack pages never expire, and you can buy a pack on top of a plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your account's billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Stripe emails a receipt for every payment, and all invoices are in your billing page.
What if a conversion is wrong?
Every result shows whether it reconciles with the statement. If a conversion is wrong and we can't fix it, we refund those pages. See the refund policy.
