How to download your Axos Bank statement as a PDF

In Axos online banking, select the Accounts tab and click the account's name, then open its Statements tab to see your monthly statements; that's the path in Axos's help video. The Axos app also lists your statements and documents. Axos business customers go to "Statements and Documents" online or in the app. For a loan, monthly e-statements sit in the loan account overview. Axos says you can view, save or print statements as PDFs.

Can Axos Bank export Excel or CSV directly?

Axos's business banking FAQ lists four download formats: CSV, QBO for QuickBooks, QFX for Quicken Web Connect, and OFX. In online banking, select the "Accounts" tab, then "Transactions", then the "Download Transactions" button at the top right, and pick the account, "Transaction Period" and "File Format". In the Axos app, open the account's recent transactions, tap "View All", then the three-dot icon and "Download Transactions". Quicken and QuickBooks can also connect directly; Axos's Online Access Agreement says service fees may apply for that. Keep the PDF statement when a lender or accountant asks for the official monthly record.

Tips for converting Axos Bank statements

Axos's Online Access Agreement says statements stay online for up to seven years, depending on the account type, and some accounts keep them for less. If you didn't choose online-only delivery when the account was opened, there may be a gap in the older statements available online.

What you get

  • Excel with real dates and numbers you can sort, filter and total, plus a summary sheet.
  • QuickBooks: a .qbo Web Connect file or the 3-column CSV for bank uploads. See PDF to QBO.
  • Xero CSV, OFX/QFX for Quicken and other tools, or plain CSV.
  • A reconciliation check: opening balance + money in − money out = closing balance.

FAQ

How far back can I get Axos statements online?
Up to seven years, depending on the account type, according to Axos's Online Access Agreement. Some account types keep statements online for less time, and if you didn't choose online-only delivery when you opened the account, older statements may be missing online. Ask Axos about any gap before starting a multi-year project.
Can I download Axos transactions for QuickBooks or Quicken?
Yes. Axos's business FAQ lists CSV, QBO, QFX and OFX downloads through "Download Transactions", plus Direct Connect and Web Connect. In QuickBooks or Quicken, search for Axos and pick "Axos Bank DC" for Direct Connect or "Axos Bank WC" for Web Connect, then log in with your Axos credentials.
Where are Axos mortgage and loan statements?
Axos says monthly loan e-statements and tax forms are in the loan account overview, in the Axos app or when you sign in online. To switch a loan to e-statements, send Axos a secure message. Other loan notices, such as insurance and adjustable-rate change notices, still go to your mailing address.
Can I convert Axos Bank statements to Excel?
Yes. Upload the PDF statement from Axos Bank and download an Excel, CSV, QBO, Xero or OFX file. The first 5 pages every day are free.
Does it work with Axos Bank credit card and business statements?
Yes. Checking, savings, business and credit card statements all work. The AI reads the layout, so it doesn't depend on a template.
How do I know the conversion is right?
Each result is checked against the statement: opening balance plus money in minus money out must equal the closing balance, and running balances are checked row by row.
Are my statements stored?
No. Files are processed in memory and the rows go straight back to your browser. We keep only metadata like the page count for billing.
