How to download your Citizens statement as a PDF

In Citizens online banking, open the "Document Center" tab, then filter by account and timeframe to find your statements. For loans, "View Statements" opens the same Document Center.

Citizens' own help pages give different figures for how far back statements go online. If you need several years, download everything available in one session and ask the bank about any gaps.
