How to download your Citi statement as a PDF

Sign in to Citi Online or the Citi Mobile app, open the account and find its statements to download a PDF. Citi's statement guide describes a "Statements (PDF)" link for recent statements and an "Older Statements" request for ones that aren't listed. Requested statements take 48 to 72 hours and can then be downloaded for 7 days. If the labels look different on your screen, look for statements in the account's menu.

Tips for converting Citi statements

Citi credit card statements put payments, purchases, fees and interest in separate sections. StatementCheap pulls them into one list, with purchases as negative amounts, and checks the total against the previous and new balance. Request older statements before you need them, since they aren't instant.

Why does my Citi bank statement show more than one account?
Citi's deposit account agreement says your accounts may be combined on a common Account Statement, which Citi calls Customer Statement Grouping, based on ownership, account titles, paperless preferences and mailing addresses. Each Statement Period runs 28 to 31 days. Under certain circumstances you can ask Citi to separate the statements for each account.
Does Citi charge for copies of old bank statements?
Citi's deposit account agreement lists copies of Account Statements as a service with no charge, as long as the statement was issued within 7 years of the request. Interim statements are on the same no-charge list. The agreement covers Citi bank accounts, not credit cards.
Can I get check images with my Citi statement?
Citi's deposit account agreement says images of cancelled checks presented within the past 18 months are available through Citi Online. If you get paper statements, you can ask an account representative to include check images with them, and you can request a copy of any cancelled check by phone.
Can I convert Citi statements to Excel?
