How to download your Comerica Bank statement as a PDF

Comerica accounts are now managed in Fifth Third Online Banking and the Fifth Third mobile app, and comerica.com now redirects to 53.com. First create a new Fifth Third User ID and password at 53.com/enroll, using your Comerica debit card and PIN, or your account number and Social Security number; you can't reuse your Comerica user ID and password. Then open the account's statements online and save the PDF. In the app, tap the three vertical dots at the top right of the account to reach statements and documents.

Can Comerica Bank export Excel or CSV directly?

Fifth Third's Quicken and QuickBooks FAQ says checking, savings and credit accounts can connect through Direct Connect, which provides statement transaction downloads, and that Fifth Third does not support Web Connect downloads for QuickBooks. For former Comerica accounts, Fifth Third says only 6 months of Comerica transaction history moved over, while 24 months of statements did. So for older activity, or when a lender wants what Comerica reported, use the PDF statements; they also carry the opening and closing balances the converter checks against.

Tips for converting Comerica Bank statements

Comerica is now part of Fifth Third: the merger closed on February 1, 2026, and Comerica deposit and lending accounts moved to Fifth Third on September 8, 2026. Fifth Third says 24 months of Comerica statements and 6 months of transaction history carried over. Your final Comerica statement covers activity through September 4, 2026.

What you get

  • Excel with real dates and numbers you can sort, filter and total, plus a summary sheet.
  • QuickBooks: a .qbo Web Connect file or the 3-column CSV for bank uploads. See PDF to QBO.
  • Xero CSV, OFX/QFX for Quicken and other tools, or plain CSV.
  • A reconciliation check: opening balance + money in − money out = closing balance.

FAQ

Can I still download my old Comerica statements?
Yes, within limits. Fifth Third says 24 months of Comerica statements, six months of transaction history and your paperless statement preferences transferred automatically to Fifth Third. Your last Comerica statement covers activity through September 4, 2026. For anything older, ask Fifth Third customer service on 800-972-3030.
Where do I manage a Comerica credit card now?
Fifth Third's Welcome Center says Comerica credit cards keep working as usual and points cardholders to My Account Access at myaccountaccess.com to view the account and transactions, make payments and manage the card. Comerica Commercial Card holders are pointed to the Card Management System instead.
What changed for Comerica business and commercial clients?
Comerica Business Connect online and mobile banking ended on September 4, 2026. From September 8, accounts are in Fifth Third Online Banking or Fifth Third Direct, depending on the services you use. Fifth Third says some Comerica history is in Fifth Third Direct and more is being added; for gaps, contact your relationship team or the Commercial Support Center.
Can I convert Comerica Bank statements to Excel?
Yes. Upload the PDF statement from Comerica Bank and download an Excel, CSV, QBO, Xero or OFX file. The first 5 pages every day are free.
Does it work with Comerica Bank credit card and business statements?
Yes. Checking, savings, business and credit card statements all work. The AI reads the layout, so it doesn't depend on a template.
How do I know the conversion is right?
Each result is checked against the statement: opening balance plus money in minus money out must equal the closing balance, and running balances are checked row by row.
Are my statements stored?
No. Files are processed in memory and the rows go straight back to your browser. We keep only metadata like the page count for billing.
